Greensill - Compliance, KYC and AML
So, this is a doozy.
I was hired to work in OmniBnk, a Supply Chain Finance Fintech / Startup in Colombia and Chile, to effectively be the first "structured" product employee. My title was VP of Product. Within this Organisation and Role I did a bunch of different Projects. After about 11 months, the company was officially acquired by Greensill Capital.
Organise a complete flowchart of the operations of the financial products.
Improve Onboarding: lowered onboarding times with 60%.
Automatic Quoting and Pricing System.
Automatic Rating and Control on the sale team.
Migrated and integrate another division and their "obsolete" tech.
SOC2 Certificate
Structured the Product Area: grew the team from 3 to 11.
Global Compliance, KYC and AML product.
The last project, was also the largest and most complex. So, I'll focus on that in this description.
